T&C and Refund Policy


S.No. CASE Refund
1. Refund in case of Cancellation of Exam (Example: NTSE for 8th class was discontinued in 2012 - 2013 session): No Refund . Complete material would be dispatched
2. Refund in case of preponement / postponement of the Exam (Example SCRA Exam dates are not fixed) No Refund
3. Refund in case of non satisfaction of the material. The reason provided should be genuine.

Refund should be applied for within 2 months after enrolling for the course. The Refund would be paid after deducting the charges.

Condition: If more than 40% of the course have been dispatched, then there would not be any refund.

Opting for refund 3 months before the exam - No refund

4. Student shift outside India No Refund , Extra charges to be paid if student want us to dispatch booklets to overseas. Else we will dispatch the material to old address.
5. Student enrolls for the course while student was staying overseas and later on shifted to India No Refund . Dispatch will continue to Indian Address.
6. Opting for refund 3 months before the exam No Refund
7. Crash Course / Short duration course No Refund after the batch starts
8. Crash Course not confirmed or postponed by more than 2 weeks, than proposed earlier. 100% refund
9. Crash course / Course cancelled due to insufficient enrollments 100% refund
10. You have enrolled for the course but later on you find that you are not eligible for the exam or you have not qualified the preliminary exam No Refund. However the dispatch will continue.
11. Cancellation of Mock interviews due to insufficient enrollement

Refund of Mock interviews.

If you have enrolled for DAF consultation then charges of DAF would be deducted if you have taken DAF consultation.

Calculating the Refund:

  • 15% of the course fee would be kept as the Administration and Registration Charges.
  • 85% of the fee would be the Tuition/Study Material Charges
  • If opt for refund you would be eligible only for the refund from the Tuition/Study Material Charges after appropriate deductions.

If you opt for refund within 1 month after enrollment - Refund would be calculated after deducting the charges. In all cases refund cannot be more than the 75% of the Tuition/Study Material Charges i.e. 63.75% of the fee paid by you.

Thus Refund,

R = (85% of the fee ) - (Deducting the charges)

R < 0.75(0.85) = 63.75% of the fee.
