- Do not send by Speed Post / Registered Post during elections or during festivals.
- Material would be dispatched to protected areas (defence) by registered / speed post. It is a very common complain that envelope get torn even after putting lot of cello tape over envelope. We try our level best to put things in order, but we will not be responsible for torn envelopes or booklets. You are requested to kindly mention the non protected areas (if possible) as your postal address.
- In case speed post and other courier not availabe in your locality, then the matyerial would be dispatched by Registered Parcel.
