- NTSE 2011 - UP State Form (STSE - State level): Download form: Click here. You can also collect the form from the Government Intercollege of your district. Form to be submitted through the school or you can contact the District educaiton office rin case your school is not offering the service.
- Fee: Rs 50 - for General and Rs 30 for SC/ST payable to RegistrarDepartmental Examination, Allahabad
